No matter how long I stay in Colorado, I’m still going full tourist for aspen season. Hillside Drive, between Dolores and Rico, reigns supreme in my mind for leaf peeping.

NOVEMBER 2025 - WELCOME.

Welcome to the premiere edition of my soon to be monthly newsletter - I’m stoked that you’re here.

What form this newsletter is going to take is still to be decided - so in this first issue, you’ll get a little bit of everything. Some recent photos, fresh client work, and a peek into the mountain-driven adventures that inspire me to do this full-time-art-thing in the first place.

The biggest announcement? Mark your calendars for December 3rd - I’ll be launching my online print store for the first time in three years.

And most importantly: if you’re getting this debut email, this mass-message maiden voyage, you’re a client, a friend, family, a climbing partner, a fellow creative who has stuck it out with me for a long time now (and I have now shamelessly repurposed your contact info). Thank you.

WINTER PRINT DROP.

From the Colorado Plateau to the Patagonian fjords, I’ve curated a beautiful array of brand-new, never-before-shared fine art photo prints for my winter drop.

This is the first time I’m opening a print store to the public in over three years, and I’m striving to wow you.

Pieces will be available on archival-grade fine art paper and matte aluminum. No canvas, no gloss, no frills - it’s taken a lot of trial and error to settle on these two mediums, which I believe showcase my work the best, sure to draw the eye in your home or business.

Mark your calendars for December 3rd: the winter print drop.

RECENT WORK.

LOST CANYON BIKE & SKATE PARK

The culmination of several years of community effort, the new Dolores park opened up with a high-energy grand opening party and an action packed Friday night of shredding.

MESA VERDE CUSTOM HOME

This modern and luminous Mancos home pretty much sells itself - I could’ve spent days photographing this place, but had to settle for about an hour.

A self portrait on a beautiful route tucked away in an obscure corner of Montezuma County, photographed for the new Telluride Rock Guide. I spent a few weeks, mostly alone, putting up new routes at this cliff when I first moved to Dolores in 2020.

Lizard Head, as photographed for the new Telluride Rock Guide, coming out next year.

RECENT ADVENTURES.

THE NORTH FACE OF HESPERUS.

Mount Hesperus - Dibé Nitsaa in the Diné language, Big Mountain Sheep, the sacred mountain of the North, the mountain made of fossils that marks the highest point of Montezuma County, is always a popular local hike, but this fall offered up some fantastic ice and mixed climbing conditions during a warm and dry spell in early November. The North Face provided a beautiful experience and some of the most fun “cardio alpinism” I’ve found in the San Juans.

LAST PITCH.

With the holidays just around the corner, tis the season for gratitude as we hunker down, spend time with loved ones, reflect on the year and get cozy for winter. I have nothing but gratitude for my life and work right now, and that’s because of you all. Thank you for being here, for trusting me with your creative vision, for spending time in the mountains with me, for making this whole thing possible.

Until next time, cheers.
